Recycling: A new camera lens
My good friend Fodder Fan Boy uses eBay to recycle things that he'd otherwise throw away. I think this is a great idea as it stops you sending something to landfill, and hopefully, prevents someone else from buying something new by re-using your old item. It also makes you some money!
So far I've sold my broken laptop and old SLR camera, making a surprising amount of cash. I decided to use the money to buy myself a Nikon DX 35mm F1.8 lens. My friends Amy and Maria both have the same lens and I've borrowed theirs a couple of times. It's an excellent value, compact lens that is ideal for taking photos in low light. Perfect for my foodie adventures.

Not sure the sales pitch "broken laptop" is going to help the Ebay sales though...
ReplyDeleteThat's what I would have thought. But the phrase is actually a searched for keyword.
