Sydney is gearing up for the marathon with lots of signs appearing around the city advising of road closures and no parking restrictions. I pass this sign on my way to work providing a useful reminder, as if I needed it....
My training program started winding down with three weeks to go. This weekend I'm doing a 8k on Sat and a 15k on Sunday. Next week I've got gentle runs on Tuesday and Wednesday, then rest days until the race!
