I'm heading to Brisbane tonight for the weekend. My good friends Penne and Clint moved there earlier this year and I've finally got myself organised to go and see them for the weekend. It's an especially exciting time as they've just bought a new house I am going to be able to check out.
Also some recent research of my family tree has revealed ancestors in the family who lived in Brisbane just under one hundred years ago. I'm even named after them! I haven't been able to find out exactly where they lived, but it would be great to visit their suburb if I have time.
