"<br /><br />Yes, this is the bit of "sport" that keeps me addicted. I am working so hard against the limits of my endurance, i.e. trying not to keel over on the pavement, that the daily stresses simply don't get a look in. My cycling trip was, for that reason, the hardest and the most relaxing holiday I've ever taken.<br /><br />Once this cold is gone I am starting running again in earnest.
